Privacy Policy

MainStreet Financial Partners — Agent PortalVersion 1.0 · Effective August 27, 2026

This policy explains what the agent portal collects about you, the agent. It is not the privacy notice given to consumers or clients.

1. What we collect

You give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, licensed states, license and appointment details, E&O carrier and expiration, tax and payment information collected during contracting, and anything you type into the portal.

The portal records automatically: when you sign in and from what device and network address, what you open and change, the consents you give and when, your acknowledgment of notices, and your activity on leads and appointments.

We receive from others: contracting and appointment information from carriers and from our contracting systems, and lead activity tied to your personal link.

2. Why we hold it

To give you access and keep the account secure · to route leads and appointments to you · to track production, tiers, and compensation · to meet our supervision, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations · to send you the messages the portal runs on · to support you when you ask · to improve the platform.

3. Consent, and how it is recorded

Where you agree to something in the portal — these terms, the confidentiality acknowledgment, email or text preferences — we record what you agreed to, exactly when, and the exact wording you were shown. Those records are append-only: they cannot be edited or deleted, and withdrawing consent is recorded as a new entry rather than by erasing the old one. That protects you as much as it protects us — it is the proof of what you actually agreed to.

You can change your optional email and text preferences at any time in the portal. Required messages — sign-in links, password resets, compliance notices — continue for as long as you have an account, because the account cannot function without them.

4. Who sees it

Authorized MSF staff and supervisors with a business reason · the technology provider operating the platform · carriers and contracting systems where an appointment requires it · service providers under contract (hosting, email delivery, customer relationship systems) · regulators, auditors, or law enforcement where the law requires.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Security

Access requires a password you set yourself and a code from your authenticator app. No one at MSF, and no one at our technology provider, ever sees or sets your password. Access is limited by role. Sensitive records are encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at support@msfpartners.llc if you suspect a problem.

6. How long we keep it

As long as you have an account, and afterward as long as our licensing, tax, supervision, and recordkeeping obligations require. Consent and acknowledgment records are kept for the full retention period because their value is that they cannot be altered.

7. Your choices

Ask what we hold about you · ask us to correct it · change your optional communication preferences · ask about deletion, subject to the records we are required to keep. Write to support@msfpartners.llc. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights.

8. Changes

Material changes will be shown in the portal before they take effect.
