Terms of Use
1. Who this covers
These terms apply to every person who signs in to the MainStreet Financial Partners agent portal at portal.msfpartners.llc. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not sign in.
2. Your account is yours alone
Your login identifies you personally. One human, one login. Do not sign in for another person, do not let another person use your session, and do not share your password or your authenticator codes. Everything done under your login is recorded as done by you, and that record is only worth something if this holds.
Tell us immediately at support@msfpartners.llc if you believe someone else has used your account.
3. What is in this portal belongs to MSF
The leads, client information, appointments, contact details, scoring, reports, training material, and the technology that produces them are the property of MainStreet Financial Partners and its technology partner. Your access is a license to use them for MSF business while your agreement is in effect. It is not a transfer of ownership.
You will not:
- sell, rent, share, or transfer any lead, appointment, or client record to another company, vendor, agency, or person;
- copy, export, scrape, screenshot in bulk, or download portal data except as needed for the MSF business in front of you;
- use MSF leads or appointments to write business outside MSF;
- share how the portal or its scoring works with anyone outside MSF;
- attempt to access another agent's data, or any part of the portal your role is not given.
These obligations survive the end of your agreement. When your agreement ends, your access ends and you delete or return the data you hold.
4. Your license and your conduct
You are responsible for holding a current insurance license in every state where you solicit or write business, for keeping your errors-and-omissions coverage current, and for following every federal and state rule that applies to how you contact people — including calling, texting, and do-not-call rules. The portal does not replace those obligations, and nothing in it is legal or compliance advice.
Keep your licensing, E&O, and contact information current in the portal and tell MSF promptly when any of it changes.
5. Availability
We work to keep the portal available and accurate. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change or be withdrawn. This portal is a business tool, not a system of record for your compensation — where the portal and MSF's official records disagree, the official records govern.
6. Nothing here is an income promise
Any figure, target, tier, or projection shown in the portal describes activity or requirements. It is not a promise, guarantee, or estimate of what you will earn. Compensation is governed solely by your written agreement with MainStreet Financial Partners.
7. Ending access
MSF may suspend or end portal access at any time, including immediately, if your agreement ends, your license or E&O lapses, or these terms are broken. Serious breaches — particularly selling or transferring leads or appointments — may also result in termination of your agreement and legal action.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown to you in the portal and you will be asked to agree again. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
